FTP (File Transfer Protocol) is the most direct and efficient way to submit book cover images to Amazon—and for some authors and small publishers, the only good way. Unfortunately, Amazon no longer provides email addresses for requesting info on this—but Sales Rank Express can request it for you.
The form below will bring you that info in automated responses from Amazons in the U.S., the U.K., France, Germany, and Japan. (To submit images for Canada, use the U.S. info.) Note that you only need to provide your image for one country. It will then be available to all Amazon sites that list the book.
To send your book cover images, you can use a dedicated FTP program, or just use the FTP function of your Web browser. Please see your program’s help menu if you need assistance—Sales Rank Express cannot provide this.
Note that Amazon does not set up a private FTP account for you. The access info you receive, including the password, will be the same given to any inquirer!
